Oak Hill Financial Insurance is a subsidiary of Oak Hill Financial, Inc., a financial holding company headquartered in Jackson, Ohio. The company's bank subsidiary, Oak Hill Banks, has 37 full-service banking offices and three loan production offices in 16 counties in central and southern Ohio. In addition, Oak Hill Financial, Inc. holds 49% ownership of Oak Hill Title Agency, LLC, which provides title service for commercial and residential real estate transactions.
